Doctors’ availability 3:10,000 population Increasing the number of medical colleges for more trained doctors, health portal for easy accessibility to recruit new doctors, increase the availability of registered doctors from 65% and incentivize them for rural deputation. Digital transformation of health care can be disruptive by use of technologies such as internet of things, virtual care, remote monitoring, tools enabling data exchange, storage and remote data capturing across the health ecosystem to enhance the health outcomes by improving medical diagnosis, data-based treatment decision and digital therapeutics. Filling up the vacancies of doctors in public hospitals, signing up contractual on-call doctors, ensuring telemedicine facilities in PHCs to bridge the gap of specialists.
